  • All content on this website, including but not limited to courses, study materials, and certificates, is the intellectual property of SkillUpCertification.com and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

2. Certification Policy

  • Certificates are issued purely as a gesture of appreciation for participating in training, discussions, and assessments.

  • We are not selling certificates; we are offering study materials and learning programs. The certificate is a complimentary token that SkillUpCertification.com reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change at any time without prior notice.

  • Candidates must meet the minimum passing criteria in quizzes or assessments (where applicable) to receive certificates is 60% minimum.

  • All certificates are for individual recognition only and should not be altered, forged, or misrepresented in any way.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments made for educational programs and study materials are final and non-refundable, except in exceptional cases as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • In the case of duplicate payments, users must contact support within 7 days to request a refund.

  • Failure to complete the training or assessment does not entitle the user to a refund.

4. Misuse & Violations

  • Any misuse of our system, including but not limited to cheating, fraud, or unauthorized distribution of exam content, will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

  • Earning a certificate does not guarantee employment, promotion, or business opportunities.
